Who are Brightfish?

Established in 2002 by , an ex-corporate IT manager, Brightfish started life as a one man operation offering a range of technical services including hardware repair and upgrades, wired and wireless network installation, PC support and troubleshooting, database development and website building. Our primary customers tended to be small businesses, freelancers and tradesman with straight-forward technical requirements.

Over time, as we have worked with larger organisations on more complex projects, we have decided to concentrate on our core competencies whilst establishing a network of associates and complementary busineses that allow us to offer our clients specialist services across a broad range of activites.

Can Brightfish help your business?

Of course we would like to always say 'yes'. However the fact is, that until we have talked to you and discussed the particular challenges your business is facing, we can't be certain.

Having said that, we believe that in most cases a client will benefit from going through a structured consulting process. Not only do risks and opportunities become clearer, but also operating inefficiencies, information blindspots, and possible future threats can be identified.

Finally, if we can't help you, either directly or via one of our partner organisations, we will always endeavour to find a company or a person who can. As technology and businesss continually changes so too must the services we offer; acquiring new skill sets and building new relationships is all part of our commercial strategy.

How much will it cost?

Naturally it depends on the services we are providing and the scale of the project /volume of work undertaken by us. We try to be competitve and offer good value for money. Like many businesses we are often are able to offer significant discounts for larger commisssions.

In short we are flexible in our pricing and usually happy to negotiate either a fixed price for a project, or a tarrif of charges to be applied for services as required. In either case we are confident we can come to an arrangement that represents good value for all parties.
